Having my rv checked at Camping world in Albuquerque a sales person ask me if I had road assistance and my Good Sam was just expired he got me into buying the Camping world assistance. 2 weeks later my personal car had problems and needed towing , I called and the lady told me that my garage was 1/2 mile pass the garage indicated on their computer and I would have to be charged, I think $ 15.00 for that extra 1/2 mile and then told me that it was 6.00pm and the garage was closed so the towing company would do it the next day ( which I said was alright ) 1 hour later I received a call from a prompt asking me if I was OK with the service and when I prompted the # for the service needed I was transfer to a recording asking me to decline my name and service I needed etc.... and I never heard from Camping world road assistance or the towing company again, I had to do it myself. I should have stayed with Good Sam at least they don't have a towing mileage charge

I broke down at a rest stop heading West on 70 in Ohio 6miles from Indiana. It was night and in the country, so I didn't know what city I was in, however, I provided the RoadCare assistant with the Rest Area number and my GPS coordinates, hoping they had some sort of mapping system that would locate me. The assistant told me to get ask someone around me where I was. I was surrounded by semis. I wasn't going to knock on any doors. She had also informed me that the scooter I had on a hitch rack would be towed at my expense. I hung up and called back to talk to a different rep. She still had trouble locating me but asked if she could take some time and call me back. When she called back she had me located and also told me that the last rep was mistaken when she said I would be charged for the scooter. My experience went from bad to good on the phone. I was pretty frustrated with the first rep, but I'm relieved something worked out.

Been a member now for nine years now. I have had to call on their services 4 times and each time they got me out of a jam that would of cost me valuable holiday time. I live and travel all across in Canada worry free. Traveling and camping alone I always feel safe knowing that they are only a toll free call away from any help that I would need.
