Received my $1,000 freezer turned it on ..... Came on fine, cooled nicely... Put in food set it to freeze ... Unit shut down food thawed out ( three time) had to shut unit off wait for it to cool down . turned back on it worked again ! Now it is the second season ....turned on unit , it short cycles (not cold at all) found cooling fan burnt out.. replaced it ... but still does not cool or FREEZE... Now will see how Norcold takes care of this!!
